Redevelopment and renovation of a beautiful house on two more attic levels with garden in downtown Bordeaux.

The house includes an entrance hall, a bedroom with bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a workshop on the first level which open onto a garden of approximately 160m². Upstairs, there are two single bedrooms, and a double bedroom and two bathrooms and a separate toilet. A boiler and a balcony are also on the same level. The house was in a good general condition, renovations to the false ceilings and to certain rooms were carried out over time. The original moldings and fireplaces are still present and mark the charm of this building. The ceiling height is particularly large and the opening onto the garden brings a lot of light. However, the house needs a real refresh in its entirety, and there are particularly 3 problems to solve: The layout of the kitchen which is cut off from the adjacent rooms, the general organization of the parental suite and finally the fitting out of the attic. The creation of plenty of storage will be necessary, and work on highlighting the architectural elements that make the character of this house will be essential to create lively and pleasant spaces.
